Course Coordinator and Instructor
Dr. Cheryl Dvorak, PhD, is course coordinator and instructor for the Introduction to Biotechnology and and instructor for the General Microbiology course in the Department of Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Dvorak received her PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She worked as a molecular virologist performing research on pig viruses for pig health in the VBS department for over 20 years. She also has a passion for teaching and empowering young people to be leaders and believe in themselves.
