Professor of Applied Economics
Dr. C. Ford Runge is a Distinguished McKnight University Professor of Applied Economics and Law. Current research interests include food security, agricultural trade and policy, WTO negotiations, biofuels, obesity, and comparative soil and water conservation policies. He taught World Food Problems for the first time in 2016. He has recently taught "Applied Welfare Economics and Public Policy" and "U.S. Agricultural and Environmental Policy."
