The Global Climate Challenge: Creating an Empowered Movement for Change
The course will use a strategy of grassroots empowerment to help students connect to the heart of what they really value; to understand the threat of climate change; to examine how they feel in the light of that threat; and to take powerful action together. Students will work in groups throughout the course to assess the global ecological threat and they will be a part of designing and executing an activity to empower a community to take action.
